Our 3D printing service can easily make:

  • Concept models: Ideal for reviewing your design in 3D- finding any errors before it goes into production.
  • Presentation models: ideal for marketing purposes; models allow you to communicate your ideas clearly.
  • Functional models: The best choice for ergonomic tests and prototyping.

All our models are created using a technology called Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM). This is the most widely used 3D printing method. In FDM, a spool of plastic wire is melted at high temperatures and builds your model in fine layers according to the design by the printer nozzles. As it hardens the next layer is added to form the finished model.

Our material is not affected by moist or water, comes in a wide variety of colours and its rigidity surpasses that of many other manufacturing technologies.

There is no project size too big or small. We offer discounted prices for low production runs, so a small project won't break the bank. Contact us today to speak to one of our consultants about your project in more detail.

3d Printing Service UK - Our 3d Printer

We use the Stratasys Dimension Elite Performance 3D Printer that prints intricate, durable models in ABSplus material which is strong enough to be used as working parts. The Dimension Elite features Soluble Support Technology (SST), providing engineers and designers with stronger and functional models with finer feature detail and improved surface finish.

Model material:

Uses ABSplus plastic that is available in nine colours.

Build size:

The Dimension Elite is capable of creating small to large-scale models of 203 x 203 x 305 mm (8 x 8 x 12 in.)

Accurate:

With a layer thickness of just 0.254 mm (0.010 in.) or 0.178 mm (0.007 in.) the Dimension Elite can print detailed and precise models.
